Women Empowering Women (WEW) is dedicated to fostering collaboration and creating networking opportunities among women from diverse backgrounds to strengthen their collective voices. By bringing women together through events, workshops and community initiatives , WEW encourages shared learning, mentorship, and mutual support that amplifies their impact on social issues.

Our core purpose at Women Empowering Women - Annapolis is to foster an environment that encourages our members to support each other, providing authentic and knowledgeable referrals and leads. We curate spaces where women can openly discuss struggles and successes while collaborating and mentoring one another.

Our mission includes creating a local network that allows growth to our fullest potential as women, collaborating to empower each other by providing leadership tools and resources for professional and personal development, acting as a liaison for business and volunteer opportunities, and tailoring memberships for county reach.

Women Empowering Women benefits Annapolis and Maryland as a whole by creating a strong network of mentorship that helps develop leadership skills and advance the careers of our members. We also empower women to actively participate in shaping state legislation, advocating for policies that promote gender equity and social justice.
